We strive to ensure client satisfaction; however, due to the nature of our services, our refund policy is outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

1. Project Cancellation by EarnIT Technologies – If we are unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a full or partial refund may be issued.
2. Duplicate Payments – If a payment is made more than once in error, we will refund the excess payment.
3. Non-Delivery of Service – If the agreed service has not been initiated or delivered within the specified timeframe for reasons within our control.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

1. Completed and Delivered Projects – Once a project or service has been completed and delivered, refunds will not be issued.
2. Custom Development Services – Due to the time and resources involved, refunds are not available once work has commenced.
3. Subscription-Based Services – Payments for subscriptions (maintenance, hosting, SaaS, etc.) are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
4. Client-Initiated Cancellations – If a client cancels after work has started, refunds will not be granted. Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion depending on project progress.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients must:

1. Submit a written request via email to info@earnittech.com within 7 days of the issue.
2. Provide detailed reasons for the request along with any relevant documentation.
3. Allow 5–10 business days for review and processing. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
